WEDDING PLANNERS & DAY OF COORDINATORS

While not required, a professional day-of coordinator or event planner is highly recommended to help you with your wedding. These individuals are unique just like our unique wedding venue, and are amazing and really do assist with adding on that extra layer of finesse and flair, but they really are there to make sure that everything runs according to your vision, and no detail is forgotten or overlooked. These extremely organized individuals can:

Consult on, recommend and setup decor

Help create, and manage your timeline, assist with vendor selections

Provide support during a room flip, including place tables and chairs if necessary

Setup and cleanup any items not provided by Bar Staff or Caterers

Assist with final cleanup of all decor items, make sure things are properly organized and packaged safely after the event
