The Luminare, a new Twin Cities Wedding Venue is your blank canvas and perfect backdrop for many colors and themes. With high ceilings, tall white walls, and natural light from the many windows and skylights, this modern industrial and minimalistic warehouse style setting truly does let you take over the space to make it your own. The space is a perfect wedding reception venue, but is also amazing for all other nuptial types of events like rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, gift opening brunches, multi-day cultural weddings and more!
The best day ever is all about you, celebrating something ultra special with your significant other, families and friends and we believe its not just the day of your wedding, it starts from the moment you get engaged. The process of creating your vision and selecting your vendors should be an amazing experience, and our staff is here to provide you with exceptional service, and help you plan the best event possible (from the venue side of things), from start to finish.
We believe the food and beverage chosen for weddings should be as unique as our couples. You are full control of your catering, and can bring in any licensed caterer or Food Truck to get the culinary experience you are looking for, be it formal or fun. Also, you can bring in your own alcohol (we will take care of the service), and this will allow you to save a bunch of money and give you full control of the items provided to your guests.
Our goal is to say yes a lot, and never say, well that costs extra. You know when you book with us you get access to all that we have, for one inclusive price. More details of what are included in the rental are listed out below under included amenities.

WEDDING PLANNERS & DAY OF COORDINATORS
While not required, a professional day-of coordinator or event planner is highly recommended to help you with your wedding. These individuals are unique just like our unique wedding venue, and are amazing and really do assist with adding on that extra layer of finesse and flair, but they really are there to make sure that everything runs according to your vision, and no detail is forgotten or overlooked. These extremely organized individuals can:
Consult on, recommend and setup decor
Help create, and manage your timeline, assist with vendor selections
Provide support during a room flip, including place tables and chairs if necessary
Setup and cleanup any items not provided by Bar Staff or Caterers
Assist with final cleanup of all decor items, make sure things are properly organized and packaged safely after the event
