THE BAR

We believe in giving you full control over what you serve at your event, and also the budget in which it costs to do so. Our licensed and insured bartenders will help you do all of the pre-event planning and can even place your order at a local liquor store who delivers cold ready to go product on the day of event.

PRICING FOR BAR ITEMS:

Bartenders, hourly rate $50/hr, per bartender, for all service hours, plus 1.5 hours setup and 1.5 hours of cleanup time

Unlimited Compostable Cups and Ice, starts at $2/person for up to 4 hours + $1/person for each additional hour

N/A Beverage Package, includes unlimited compostable cups and ice, napkins, assortment of sodas, sparkling water, and water station, varies on time served starts at $3/person for up to 4 hours + 1.00/person for each additional hour of service

Basic Mixer Package includes Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic, Citrus Garnishes, Napkins, Compostable Cups & Ice. $4.50/person for up to 4 hours, $1.50/person for each additional hour.

Upgraded Mixer Package includes everything in the basic package, plus specialty cocktail bases like fresh juices and customized garnishes. Also includes infused water station, and coffee and tea service. $6.50/person for up to 4 hours, $2/person for each additional hour.

Coffee & Tea Service, Organic fair-trade coffee, Regular and Decaf. Includes creamers, sugars, and assortment of tea. Pricing is $3/person, for the entire night, or included complimentary in the upgraded mixer package.

Glassware Upgrades, starts at $3.00/person. Can be just for specialty drinks, for wine and champagne, for all drinks through dinner service, or for the entire night. Glassware upgrade also required a 3rd bartender or bar assistant.

Wine or Champagne Pours - Pricing varies and depends on if bar will be closed or not. Must include glassware rental, additional staff

Outside Bar Staff? No problem. We do charge $1000/per event and it includes the use of 2 movable bars, refrigeration, unlimited ice, water station and compostable cups..

Hired Bar Staff also can act as official welcome greeters for your guests, and can assist with directions to the parking lot(s) and/or coat check.

This staff is also responsible for the cleanup of any beverages throughout the night, and will support the security staff and assist with getting guests rides, or back to their cars in the parking lot at the end of the event. At this time we are unable to offer cash bars, but there are many creative ways we can offer a variety in your budget.

Please note all liquor events require host liability insurance, and pricing above is plus 9.03% Minneapolis Sales Tax, and 20% Service Charge.
